Merry Christmas From Poland

For to us a child has been born, to us a son has been given. The government shall be on His shoulders and He shall be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Shoebox Appeal So Christmas has arrived for our team and also marks two weeks of outreach so far in Poland. What have we been doing these past two weeks? We have met, talked to people on the streets, handed out food for the homeless and prayed for and spent time with the elderly. We have handed out Christmas boxes for children,shared our testimonies in church youth groups and attended anti-trafficking meetings. With a priest we prayed for But most of all we have made amazing friendships, whether through people at church, baking cookies with kids, or chatting with international students at English club. God has really been working, and through everything we have been involved in we have been able to share His love and His joy with the people around us, touching many lives as a resu

Poland and Albania outreach team 2017 After 12 weeks of lectures, learning about missions and growing in our faith in the environment of Discipleship Training School, our team is getting ready to go. Not just to go to do school in another country, or go for a new travel experience. We’re going to go to the nations, because Jesus commanded us in Mark 16:15, to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all of creation.” We have spent 3 months here at the base in Kyiv Knowing God and now we’re going to make Him Known, the purpose of Youth With A Mission, the driving force behind everything we do. To experience the work of God’s amazing grace in our lives, and to be an outpouring of that love to others. So what a better way of reaching the nations than to go on outreach to Poland and Albania? Tirana, Albania Poland and Albania are cultures in contrast; Poland on one hand is strongly catholic and considered to be cold-climate, whereas Albania on the other hand is mostly
